We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you change your mind, you may return products within 28 days of receipt for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
– Products must be returned unopened, in their original packaging, and securely protected for transit.
– Include a copy of your dispatch note with the return.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive your return. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Delivery charges will also be refunded if:
– You received the wrong product, or
– The product was faulty or damaged, or
– You are exercising your rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations cooling‑off period.
Replacements:
If you receive a damaged product, we will replace it free of charge. Replacement requests must be made within 28 days of delivery and are subject to stock availability. If the product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request an exchange within 28 days of delivery. Exchanges can be made for products of equal or higher value (with any difference payable). Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested product is unavailable, a full refund will be provided.
